License
mailself is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The points below add to it.
Using mailself
- mailself sends what you share to email addresses you have confirmed. Use it only for addresses that are yours or that have agreed to receive these emails.
- Do not use mailself to send spam, unlawful content or anything that harms others.
- A sent email cannot be recalled. Undo works only while the bar is shown.
Subscriptions
mailself is free with a monthly number of sends. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy. Renews automatically until canceled in your Apple Account settings. You can manage or cancel it in Settings, Manage Subscription, or in your Apple Account.
Availability
We work to keep mailself running, but we cannot promise that every email is delivered at all times, for example when your mail provider rejects it or a service we rely on is down.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
